How do I contact support via the iOS app?

You can contact support directly through the iOS app.

  1. Click on the “Support” option from the menu bar.
  2. From this screen you can search through our Knowledge base articles for quick answers by typing keywords into the search field.
  3. You can also contact our support team directly by clicking on the ‘’Contact us’’ button in the right hand corner of the screen.
  4. Type your request and attach screenshots to help speed up the investigation process. Click on the Send button at the right hand corner of the screen to submit your request.

Support is currently available 5 days a week, 9 AM - 5 PM Central European Time.
