Premium? I bought a Premium Plan but it's not working!

Did you purchase a Premium Plan, but Wallet claims you didn't? We are working to resolve this issue in the very near future. Here is what you can do!

Send your Google Play Order receipt or iTunes/Apple Store receipt to us at so we can activate your Premium Plan. Make sure you use the subject line "Inactive Premium".

    You will not need to pay anything more. We will simply activate the plan that you already bought, if it doesn't activate for you automatically in Wallet.
