Account not updating after purchasing premium plan

After your trial expires your bank connection becomes inactive and stops updating. In order to reactivate the connection to your bank, you will need to reconnect your account.

To reconnect your bank account:

Go to Add account -> Connect -> Find your bank (connection will not be duplicated, instead it will be reactivated.) -> Enter the same credentials you use to log in to your bank. 
After you reconnect your accounts they should be refreshed after activation.

Normally in Wallet, feeds get automatically refreshed...however, if your bank adopts Multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will have to manually refresh the feeds by clicking on the refresh button.

If after 24 hours the bank account transactions are not up to date in Wallet, please contact our support team for further assistance.
