I purchased a Premium plan, why are my accounts not updating?

If you purchased your Premium plan after your trial expired, your bank connection became inactive and needs to be reconnected.

To reconnect your bank account:

Go to the Main Menu > Settings > Accounts > the Account you need to reconnect. In the Edit Account screen, scroll down and tap on Reconnect. You will need to enter your banking credentials again any time you reconnect your account. 

After you reconnect your accounts they should be refreshed after activation.

Normally in Wallet, feeds get automatically refreshed...however, if your bank adopts Multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will have to manually refresh the feeds by clicking on the refresh button.

If after 24 - 48 hours the bank account transactions are not up to date in Wallet, please contact our support team for further assistance.
