How do I activate Imports for my Account?

You can activate Imports for an Account in the following ways:

From the Account Dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard of the Account for which you want to activate Imports for.
  2. Click on the three dots on the top right hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Import data from the drop down menu to activate Imports.

From Imports section

  1. Go to the Imports section in the side menu.
  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all your Accounts for which Imports haven't been activated yet.
  3. Click on the ACTIVATE tab next to the Account Name to activate Imports.

    This option does not appear for me:

    Select Import data from the drop down menu to activate Imports.

    Same for me. The only available option is "manage my account" but i can just edit the name, currency, etc. but NOT force the synchronization

    What about IOS device? Cannot find the button to activate Import.

    For certain, this option does not show for me as well.

    I am paying customer and I dont see anything to activate import on my accounts. 

    Please respond!?? How do I get a response from you? I also have put up a question separately 15 days ago, and there is no response to that either 

    Please assist. I really like your product, and want to continue using it and recommending it. A simple communication will really help. Thanks.

    I'm trying to import data to my bank account but it appears this option is not available?

    First I need to activate the account before import can be done, however, I don't see this no. 2;

    From the Account Dashboard

    1. Go to the Dashboard of the Account for which you want to activate Imports for.
    2. Click on the three dots on the top right hand corner of the screen.???? What 3 dots? There's nothing on the TOP RIGHT HAND??  
    3. Select Import data from the drop down menu to activate Imports.
