Why do I see a RESEND tab next to my Account in the Imports section?

The RESEND tab next to your Account Name indicates that either:

  1. We’re yet to receive your data files, or
  2. We’re still processing your raw data.


If you sent us the data less than 15 minutes ago, please wait while it gets processed. We’ll notify you once it is ready to be imported. If not, press this RESEND tab to get the email containing instructions to Import again and repeat the process.
