To manage tickets and communicate effectively with us, just log in to your account in the application and select the "Help" section, where you will find the "My Requestsc" button in the upper right corner. Here you will be able to see all your active tickets, including their status and communication history.
We would like to facilitate your communication. Our platform allows you to respond to tickets directly from your email. This means that if you get an update or a response to your ticket, you can respond to it without having to open the application. All you have to do is reply to the email and we will make sure that your reply is recorded in the ticket history.
