If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it and create a new one by visiting the Reset Password page on our website. Fill in your Wallet account's email address and click Reset. An email with instructions will be sent to you.
Change password while logged in.
If you already already logged in and wish to reset your password you can do this by following the instructions below.
- Select "≡" in the top left
- Select "Settings" on the bottom
- Select "User Profile"
- Currently Unavailable, please refer to the Web App instructions.
- Navigate to your profile at the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Select General
- Select Change Password to update your password.
I did not receive any email?
If you did not receive any email, please check your other folders (e.g. spam, social, update, etc.).
The web page is not loading.
