You can contact support directly through either app. For Android, go into the side menu and scroll down to 'Help'. For iOS go into 'More' in the bottom right corner of your screen. From either platform you can access the Help articles in our knowledge base, leave us feedback or suggestions.
If you send us an email, it would help if you could attach screenshots of the problem (where relevant) such as bug reports.
We're a small team and we may not be able to send a personal response to you. However, we read every email. Individual support is a Premium feature, but every notification we receive about bugs and other concerns helps us to improve Wallet. If we need more information from you, we will contact you.
