You can contact support directly through the Android app by:
1. Clicking on the “Help & Feedback” option from the menu bar.
2. From this screen you can search our articles for quick answers by typing in keywords into the field pictured below.
3. You can also contact our support team directly by clicking on the icon on the right hand corner of the screen.
4. Type your request and attach screenshots to help speed up the investigation process. Click on the send icon on the right hand corner of the screen to submit your request.
