The Refresh button is only visible for bank accounts which are set up for manual refresh.
To manually refresh your connected account on your iOS device, please follow the steps below:
- Scroll to the account you'd like to refresh
- Tap on 'Refresh Now!'
- Enter your account credentials
- Within about a minute the data will refresh (if no error occurs)
*Note: If you don’t see the Refresh button then either the account was refreshed in the last two hours, or your bank connection is set up for automatic refresh. (How often does my bank account data update?)
