How do I correct missing records in Board?

If you are missing any records on your bank-connected account, please first confirm that they are not Pending or Hold status in your bank account. Then write back to us with screenshots and specific details about which bank, account, dates, and amounts of the incorrect or missing records, so we can report this.

Make sure you are using the latest release and wait 24 hours to check if your missing records have appeared. If your bank account is not updating in Board, you'll need to contact our Support team.

Missing records can be manually entered in order for them to appear in Board. 

To add the missing records into your bank-connected account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Accounts > specific account > Disconnect

2. Add the missing records manually

3. Reconnect the account the same way through Settings > Accounts > specific account > Connect
