Reconnect the account from the very beginning to switch to PSD2:
Do not worry, you won't lose the categorisation/labels and it should resume with all your current transactions if you will do it in the correct way.

5. Disconnect/unsync bank
6. Reconnect the account by going back to settings
7 select your account
8. sync bank
9. search your bank
10. Select country and bank
Now do this with the rest of the accounts linked to the affected bank
