iOS:

How to record your screen

  1. Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the Add button  next to Screen Recording.
  2. Open Control Center on your iPhone or iPod touch, or on your iPad.
  3. Touch and hold the gray Record button gray record icon, then tap Microphone.
  4. Tap Start Recording, then wait for the three-second countdown. 
  5. To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap the red Record button red record icon. Or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
  6. Save this to your Google Drive
  7. Send Google Drive link to support ticket

Android:

How to record your screen

  1. Open the Quick settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers. Then, tap Screen recorder

  2. Tap Start recording.
    Note: If the Screen recorder icon is not there, you can add it to the Quick settings panel.
  3. Save this to your Google Drive
  4. Send Google Drive link to support ticket
    Note: Some of these steps may work only on Samsung which is being demonstrated. These steps might be different on your phone

Mac:

  1.  To view the Screenshot toolbar, press these three keys together: Shift, Command, and 5. You will see onscreen controls for recording Shift, Command, and 5 keys
  2. Record
  3. Save this file to your Google Drive folder then send us a link
Windows:
How to record your screen
  1. Make sure the browser you're using Wallet WebApp with is selected
  2. Hold Windows Key + Alt + R to start recording

  3. Hold Windows Key + Alt + R again to stop the recording 
  4. Your recording will be saved under Videos/Captures folder
  5. Save this file to your Google Drive folder then send us a link
