If you are experiencing any issues with your connection right now, it may be that you need to make the transition to PSD2, so don’t panic as we would likely ask you to do this anyway as it benefits you more.
What is PSD2? It is a European regulation for electronic payment services. It seeks to make payments more secure in Europe, boost innovation and help banking services adapt to new technologies. Simply, it is a much more secure way to see your transactions in Wallet.
Do not worry, you won't lose the categorisation/labels and it should resume with all your current transactions if you will do it in the correct way.
