Wallet is only able to download transactions that have cleared, this can take a few days for your bank to complete the transaction. Even if you see the record on your bank site it may be pending and Wallet will not always download a pending record, it varies bank by bank.
Make sure you are using the latest release and generally wait 48-72 hours to check if your newest or missing transactions have appeared, also check your online banking for 'available balance and current balance' - The available balance for your account may differ from the current balance because of pending transactions that have been presented against the account but have not yet been processed. ... The available balance also includes credit available if you have a line of credit linked to your checking account.

If this does not change anything, please send us the following:
- Name of the bank account
- Last 4 digits of the account
- Exact dates of the missing transactions
- Screenshots of the missing transactions from your online banking site masking sensitive information for further investigation (hiding the sensitive information)
