Android
You can enable a Personal Identification Number to protect your Wallet records. This will require you to enter your PIN every time you open the Wallet app.
To Setup a PIN:
- In the Main Menu, tap on Settings.
- Scroll down to Set PIN and check the box.
- Enter your desired PIN, and reenter it for confirmation.
To disable your PIN, uncheck the box and enter your PIN for confirmation.
Note: Setting a PIN on Android will not enable it on other devices.
To Setup a fingerprint:
- In the Main Menu, tap on Settings.
- Scroll down to Use Fingerprint and check the box. (You must Set your PIN first.)
- Follow the instructions to activate Fingerprint by scanning your finger. *Use the same finger as you used for your overall phone settings!
Please note that some devices will not support Fingerprint for Wallet. For these devices, the Fingerprint option will NOT be available in Settings.
iOS
You can enable a Personal Identification Number to protect your Wallet records. This will require you to enter your PIN every time you open the Wallet app.
To Set up a PIN:
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap on Settings > Security.
- Tap on the button to enable PIN requirement.
- Enter your desired PIN, and reenter it for confirmation.
To disable your PIN, tap the button and enter your PIN for confirmation.
To Setup a fingerprint:
- Tap More in the navigation bar.
- Tap on Settings > Security.
- Tap on the button to enable Require Touch ID on startup.
- Hold your finger on the fingerprint scanner (iPhone Home button).
To disable Touch ID, tap the button to disable it, and then Hold your finger on the fingerprint scanner when prompted.
