If you purchased a Premium plan after your trial expired, your bank connection became inactive and needs to be reconnected.
To reconnect your bank account:
- Tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Select the Account that needs to be reconnected, scroll down and tap on Sync bank, then follow the login instructions on your bank’s login page.
- Go to the Main Menu
- The Account you need to reconnect. In the Edit Account screen, scroll down and tap on Reconnect.
Once logged in to your account, click on Accounts in the upper left menu, you will find the “Reconnect” button next to the account that was previously disconnected.
You will need to enter your banking credentials again any time you reconnect your account.
After your account has been reconnected the records will be refreshed as usual.
Normally in Wallet, feeds get automatically refreshed… however, if your bank adopts Multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will have to manually refresh the feeds by clicking on the refresh button.
If, after 24 - 48 hours the bank account transactions are not up to date in Wallet, please contact our support team for further assistance.
