Transaction timestamp discrepancies is a complex challenge influenced by technical limitations, data processing procedures, and synchronization issues between various systems. The banking team has noted that 99% of banks do not provide accurate timestamp information.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate timestamps for transactions, certain limitations arise when the bank's data lacks precise time information. In such cases, we initially use a standardized posted time. To empower you in managing timestamp accuracy, we provide the ability to manually correct transaction times
Correct the transaction time
Android
- Select "≡" in the top left
- Select "Records"
- Find and Select the record
- Select the Time and adjust it.
- Tap save in the top right
iOS
- Select "More" in the bottom right.
- Select "Records"
- Find and Select the record
- Select Data & Time
- Select the Time and adjust it.
- Tap Save
