If you're having troubles connecting your bank account in the mobile app please make sure you have the latest version of your mobile banking app installed and try again.
Please also try connecting via our web application on your computer. With some banks its easier to connect your bank via our web app and this may also resolve certain issues.

In some cases, the issue may be caused by not performing updates. If you're using mobile banking, please ensure that you have the latest version installed.
Additionally, ensure your operating system is up-to-date. Each device is different in this regard, and the ability to update to the newest OS version may vary by device. -
Some banks can have multiple names and it is important to choose the right name. The most frequently used banks are displayed in the main list. The complete list can be found in the search window.
- Banks offer several types of accounts (credit card, current account, savings, etc), you need to choose the right type of account. If your account is missing please see the article account is missing.

Banks offer distinct account options catering to individuals and entrepreneurs/businesses. Wallet primarily supports individual accounts, while Board is designed for business accounts.
- Some banks do not have a compatible process with certain browsers. We recommend using your native device's browser (Android uses Chrome; iOS uses Safari).
- Brave Browser users, be aware of potential issues, such as blank or white screens when creating a bank connection, please try again using Google Chrome in such cases.

Most banks support the app-to-app redirect process, this requires setting up your banking app on your mobile device. If the app-to-app process is unsupported, the application will redirect you to the bank's website for authentication instead of redirecting you to your app.
- Some banks may require an additional authentication step. Unlike internet banking, commonly managed through a mobile application, this step might involve accessing an account on the bank's website, typically requiring a login. If you happen to forget your bank account login details, there is usually a recovery process (such as "forgot your password") or the option to contact your bank for assistance.
