Connect a bank account
- Android/iOS/Web app:
- In the All Accounts screen, click on the Add Account box in the List of accounts.
- To add a bank-connected account, select Bank Sync.
- Type your Bank's country and name in the search field.
- Select your banking portal from the drop-down field.
- Enter your login credentials to log into your bank's site. Depending on your provider you may need to answer additional security questions; every bank is different.
If authorization is required at your bank and you are using your bank's mobile app, make sure you have the latest version. - Choose your account from the provided options.

Disconnect/Reconnect a bank account:
- Android:

- Go to Settings > Accounts > the specific account > Disconnect.
- Follow the same steps to reconnect, Scroll down to select already connected account
- Go to Settings > Accounts > the specific account > Disconnect.
- iOS:

- Go to "more" > Settings > Accounts > Select your account to disconnect > Disconnect account
- Follow the same steps to reconnect, Scroll down to select already connected account
- Go to "more" > Settings > Accounts > Select your account to disconnect > Disconnect account
- Web app:
- Go to Accounts > Select your account to disconnect > Click "EDIT" account> Disconnect the account
- Follow the same steps to reconnect, Scroll down to select already connected account
- Go to Accounts > Select your account to disconnect > Click "EDIT" account> Disconnect the account
