Bank account syncing is a premium feature.
Create a new connection and connect a bank account
Android, iOS and Web app
- On the home page, select 'Add Account'
- Skip this step if you already have an account, go to the account settings and then step 2.
- To add a bank-connected account, click on 'Bank Sync'.
- Enter your bank's country and name in the search field to find it.
- Do not select from already connected accounts to create a new connection
- Choose your banking portal from the list.
- Enter your bank's login credentials to access your account.
- Depending on your provider, you might need to answer additional security questions as each bank has its unique requirements. If authorization is required and you're using your bank's mobile app, ensure you have the latest version installed.
- Choose your account from the provided options.
Disconnect and Reconnect a bank account
Android

- Select '≡' in the top left
- Select 'Settings' on the bottom
- Select 'Accounts'
- Select your account
- Tap 'Disconnect'
- To reconnect tap 'Connect your bank'
- Select a bank from the 'already connected account'
- Select the account to reconnect.
iOS
-
- Go to 'More' in the bottom right
- Select 'Settings'
- Select 'Accounts'
- Select your account
- Select 'Unsync bank'
- To reconnect select 'Sync bank'
- Select a bank from the already connected account
- Do not use 'Add new bank' select the bank already visible.
- Select the account to reconnect.
Web app

- Select 'Accounts' in the top left
- Select your account
- Select 'Edit' in the top right
- Select 'Disconnect'
- To reconnect select 'Connect to Bank'.
- Choose from 'already connected banks'.

Due to the recent PSD2 legislation change in the EU, we're enhancing security for your bank details. Your consent duration varies (1-6 months) depending on your bank's terms. After expiration or revocation, we can't access your bank data.
