How to apply Instant Filters
Android
- Go to your Records or Statistics
- Swipe up
- Now, you have the flexibility to scroll the date range bar left or right, allowing you to explore various dates or customize the date range according to your preferences.
- Selecting 'Accounts' allows you to include or exclude accounts.
- Selecting 'Filter' allows you to use already use pre made filters.
- Selecting 'Instant Filter' empowers you to tune results by selectively including or excluding certain options based on your preferences.
iOS
- Go to your Records or Statistics
- Swipe up

Save Filters
Android
- Select '≡' in the top left
- Select 'Settings' on the bottom
- Select 'Filters'
- Click the plus icon + to add a filter
- Apply the options to your filter
- Save it by selecting the icon in the top right

- Go to your Records or Analytics.
- On the left side, you'll find a list of all options, such as Accounts, Categories, Labels, etc.

Now a green 'Save' button has appeared above the options, by clicking on it you will save it.
The options you have when creating your filter.
- Name - Choose a title for your template
- Type - Income, Expense or Both
- Category - Which category you'd like to specify in your filter
- Labels - Labels help you group together income and expense Records and filter them
- Currencies - If you have multiple currencies, you can choose from any to filter
- Payment type - What type of payment will the filter be filtering by?
- Status - Filter by Reconciled, Cleared, Uncleared or Voided records
- Transfers - Filter by Include, Exclude, Show only records with transfers, None
- Debts - Filter by include, Exclude, Show only records with debts, None
- Text search - Can search for a keyword to find your selected filters each time
