The refresh button is only available for bank accounts set up for manual refresh. Unfortunately, you cannot change the refresh status from Automatic to manual, this is determined by the banks.

Manually refresh the account
Android
- Navigate to the Accounts tab on the Home screen
- Mark the bank account you want to refresh by tapping on it
- Your bank's name and details about the last refresh will show below
- Tap the "Refresh / Reconnect Now" and pass the authentication steps (password, SMS code, answer to a secret question, or any other security steps required by your bank).
- Your data will be updated within a few minutes
iOS
- Select your bank-connected account on the Home screen
- The last update time is displayed below your balance
- Tap the "Refresh / Reconnect Now" and pass the authentication steps (password, SMS code, answer to a secret question, or any other security steps required by your bank).
- Your data will be updated within a few minutes
Web App
- Select Accounts
- Next to your bank-connected account, you can see the time of the last update.
- Tap the "Refresh / Reconnect Now" and pass the authentication steps (password, SMS code, answer to a secret question, or any other security steps required by your bank).

FAQ
I do not have a refresh button
If you do not see the refresh button then the account was probably refreshed in the last hour or so, or your bank connection is most likely set up for an automatic refresh.
