To help ensure the utmost security of your Wallet account, we've introduced a mandatory email verification step. This process confirms that the email address linked to your Wallet account truly belongs to you, helping to prevent unauthorized access.
If you haven't yet verified your email, you'll now be prompted to do so upon logging into the app. Until verification is complete, access to the app will be temporarily blocked.
Please check your inbox (including your spam folder) for the verification email we've sent. If you didn't receive it or can no longer access your email, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Thank you for your understanding. This update is part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your data and privacy.
Important tips for a successful verification
Use the same device to request and verify your email. For example, if you request the verification email on the web app, you should open and click the verification link on that same device.
Avoid reinstalling the app before clicking the verification link, as this may invalidate the verification process.
Click the verification link as soon as possible; the link is time-sensitive.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection when clicking the link as this can cause complications.

Why You’re Asked to Verify Every Time (and How to Make Login Easier)
Wallet’s login system is designed for maximum security of your financial data. Here’s what’s happening:
- After 5 minutes of inactivity, Wallet automatically logs you out. This is a standard security measure to keep your account safe if you leave your device unattended.
- If you sign in with email only, you’ll need a new verification link every time you log back in. This ensures only the email owner can access the account.
- To avoid repeated verification links and stay signed in more easily, we recommend using Google, Apple, or Facebook login, which provide secure, persistent sessions.
How to Disable Auto-Logout (Web App Only): If you find the 5-minute inactivity logout inconvenient on the Web app, you can turn this feature off.
- Go to your Profile in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Under the General section, toggle the Auto logout option off.
