When a transfer is made between bank accounts that you have connected in Wallet, the application recognizes the transaction and marks it as a transfer. However, this is true only if there is a complete match of the data specified in this transaction. In some cases, banks mark the data in the transactions differently, so Wallet cannot recognize the transaction as a transfer. It is crucial to note that matching a planned payment in the Wallet with a specific bank record is not supported.
How to Change it to Transfer
Upon making adjustments to your records, such as switching from expenses to transfers or categorizing, Wallet will registers these changes, future records are then modified based on past behavior using algorithms and machine learning. Please be patient, allow Wallet some time to learn your habits, as this intelligent feature evolves with your customizations.
