To update your email address in Wallet, please submit a support ticket by clicking the 'Submit a request' button at the bottom of the page. You cannot change the email address yourself. Please contact our support, and we will do it for you.
Please be aware that we are unable to transfer subscriptions from one account to another. Our capability is limited to changing the associated email address.
Kindly provide the following details in your ticket
- Current email address associated with your Wallet account.
- New email address you wish to associate with your account.
- Please note that the new email address must NOT be linked to an existing Wallet account.
- If the new email already has a existing Wallet account, please delete this account, How do I delete my profile and all data?
