This article is for you if you're encountering problems with Premium Activation, if your Premium plan isn't reflecting in the Wallet, or if you had a Premium subscription before and wish to reactivate it now.
How to restore my Premium subscription
Android
- Select "≡" in the top left
- Select "Get premium!" at the top
- Select the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Select "Restore Missing Plan"
iOS
- Select "More" in the bottom right
- Select "Premium" or "Upgrade"
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Restore purchase".
Web App
To reactivate your Web App subscription, use the same email you initially registered within Wallet when the subscription was activated. Your subscription will be automatically reactivated.
Are you still facing issues reactivating your subscription?
Reach out to our support team and inform us if you used a different email address during the subscription purchase so that we can investigate. Additionally, please provide a screenshot of the 'Restore Purchase' or 'Restore Missing Plan' action.
If you're using Android, kindly forward your Google Play Order Receipt as proof of purchase, including the GPA.123.123.123 code. We will manually activate the Premium plan for you in our system.
