If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you can request a refund if its within our policy. Refund requests are only accepted within 48 hours of the subscription activation or renewal, and this applies specifically to transactions made through Google Play. Please note that we do not provide partial refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you choose to unsubscribe. Feel free to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent additional renewal charges.

Android
You can request your refund on Google.
Google Play provides users with additional days on any subscription to account for potential billing issues. Your plan will renew one year or one month from the date of your purchase. The extra days may lead to some confusion, as your renewal date will be earlier than the 'days remaining' displayed in your Wallet app (Google Play's refund policies)
iOS
To request a refund from the App Store, please contact apple. We are not able to provide refund request for purchases made through the App Store.
Web App
Our policy is that you can only apply for a refund up to 48 hours after the subscription is activated or renewed. You can request a refund by clicking on the 'Submit a Request' button at the bottom of the page.
