To manage your tickets and communicate effectively with us, log in to your account in the application and select the "Help" section. This will redirect you to the logged in version of Help Center where you will find the "My Requests" button in the upper right corner. Here you will be able to see all your active tickets, including their status and communication history.
Our platform allows you to respond to tickets directly from your email. This means that if you get an update or a response to your ticket, you can respond to it without having to open the application. All you have to do is reply to the email and we will make sure that your reply is recorded in the ticket history.
Can't find "My Requests" button
If you do not find the "My Requests" button please follow the article How do I contact support? to login to Help Center which will allow to see "My Requests".
