If you find that your bank is not listed in the app, it's possible that it is currently undergoing maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties. In such cases, we temporarily deactivate the bank from our list.
This means you may not see the bank displayed, even if it's a popular bank in your country.
Rest assured, we are actively communicating with these banks and working diligently to resolve the issues. However, as we are not directly responsible for their resolution, we cannot provide an estimated timeframe for when they will be resolved.
If your bank is not listed, we recommend checking back after a few days, or in some cases, weeks, as the situation may change.
If your bank is not in the list for multiple days or weeks it's also possible that we currently do not support it.

Please note that while we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that your bank will be added due to factors outside our control. Approval also depends on the banks themselves.
Additionally, it's important to remember that some banks may have multiple names. Thus, it's essential to select the correct name when searching for your bank in Wallet. Frequently used banks are displayed in the primary list, while the complete list is accessible through the search bar on Android and Web App. For iOS, you'll need to tap "Show All Banks" first.
