Enhance your record and financial tracking by applying automatic rules to both expense and income entries. Categories will be assigned based on your predefined rules, overriding the automatic AI categorization. This ensures a more personalized and accurate categorization of your financial data.
How to create an Automatic Rule
Automatic rules only apply to bank-synced records and do not affect manually created records.
Android
- Select '≡' in the top left
- Select 'Settings' on the bottom
- Select 'Automatic Rules'
- Select '+' in the bottom right
- Fill in the the settings
- Name:
- Name your automatic rule
- Matching Criteria: Only applies to record matching these criteria.
- Keywords: The keywords have to match the notes or payee in your transaction. Fill in the keywords (Netflix, HBO, Vodafone, account number, etc.)
- Type: Income, expense or none
- Actions: These changes will be applied if the criteria match, you may leave this field blank to keep it the same.
- Category: Change the category
- Labels: Apply labels to the records
- Push notification: On / Off
- Save the Automatic Rule in the top right.
- Records meeting these criteria are now visible, and you have the option to either apply them to existing records or leave them unchanged. Enabling or disabling push notifications will prompt this view to appear again if you save it.

- From: From which account the Transfer is made.
- To: Destination of the Transfer.
