Importing your data has become simpler on the Web App with the introduction of the import feature. Use this feature to easily import your export file.

Minimum required information and rules
- Your import file must have the following data
- Amount
- Date
- Dates must be in English or number format
- Import two digit months and four digit years to avoid ambiguous formats
- 28/02/2011 is definitely DD/MM/YYYY
- 1/2/11 could be any combination of day/month/year

- CSV
- XLS / XLSX
- OFX
How to import your file
Android
- Select "≡" in the top left
- Select "Imports"
- Select "Create new account"
- Choose an Account name
- To save it, tap the check mark in the top right
- Go to the Web App and import your file
- Instructions will also be sent to your email
- Or follow the Web App instructions step 1-4
- Return to your Android device and the Import feature
- Continue the import by selecting the blue "Import" button
- Select "Import"
- Follow the instructions below Next steps

- Login to the Web App
- Click on "Import" at the top of the screen
- Select your "account"
- If your account is not visible, it may not be a General account, imports are available only to General Accounts Unable to import my files
- Click on "choose a file" to select one from your computer
- You can also drag and drop the file on the green button.

Next steps
- Does your file have a Header row?
- Enable the Header row on the left and select "Next"
- This is usually row 1, which shows the column titles such as Account, Date, Name, Amount, etc.
- Align the last row in your file with the final row in your data.

The next time you import a file, Wallet will automatically display a preview for you to review and accept if everything is in order. However, it's crucial to double-check the accuracy of the data before importing.
Start over or delete the imported records
If you've made an error during the import process or wish to start over, you have the option to delete all records associated with that import. Please be aware that deleting the import file will result in the removal of all corresponding records.
- Go to Imports
- Select your Account
- You’ll see a list of imported files
- Select the file you want to delete
- Select Delete
- Select Yes

Add data to an existing account
- Go to your existing account, select edit and disconnect.

Importing files is limited to General accounts. Kindly switch to a General account before initiating the import.

Once the import is complete, return to the disconnected account, select "Edit," and then select "Deactivate Imports."

You can return the account to its original account type and connect again.
FAQ
My data has not been imported right

Email import does not work
- Termination of the email import function on 31.1.2024
- For technical Reason we will no longer support this type of import. However, the possibility of import via Web app remains.
