Group Sharing Permissions
When new members join, default access is granted to all accounts. To allow your members to see your Planned Payments, Budgets, and Widgets you will have to provide them with Admin access to your Cash account.
- Admin Access - Members will have the same rights to this account as you. They can also delete accounts.
- Track and read - Members will be able to create and edit records. They cannot edit or delete the account.
- Read only - Account will be in read only mode. They will not be able to add their own records.
- No access - This account will be invisible to the member.
Switch between Group and Personal Wallet
Every group member can see the groups they're part of in their personal Wallet account, including their individual Wallet and associated groups. To add entries to the shared space, members must switch from their personal Wallet to the group's shared Wallet. Please be aware that any actions in the personal Wallet does not sync with the shared group account.
